it's all good.

two of the masterminds behind hip-hop/soul label it's like that records release 'It's all good,' offering our ears an auditory journey to a place where everything is chill and nothing hurts.

we're vibing hard with jah frida & carmine prophets, releasing the 9-song 'It's all good' nov. 22, 2019. the video for the first single 'Good company' (dir. jonathan swinney) is racking up views by the thousands and it's not difficult to figure out why.

part lyric video, part trip, the video can be found below.

WITH CARMINE PROPHET'S BEATS AND JAH FRIDA'S VOICE, INVITING YOU TO TEST THE VIBE, YOU'D BE HARD PRESSED TO WALK AWAY DISAPPOINTED. THE FIRST TRACK, 'GOOD COMPANY,' IS A FLAT-OUT, FEEL-GOOD BANGER THAT IS THE MUSICAL EMBODIMENT OF SO MANY UNIVERSAL FEELINGS THAT EXIST IN ALL OF US.
ONE THING I'M WILLING TO BET MOST PEOPLE CAN AGREE ON IS THAT THESE GUYS HAVE SOMETHING SPECIAL.
BEYOND the lethal combination of SHEER TALENT mixed with sheer force of will, THE SPIRIT OF WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH IT'S LIKE THAT RECORDS IS SOMETHING THAT CAN ONLY BE DESCRIBED AS A FORCE TO BE RECKONED WITH. each of their artists brings something unique to the table, all the while combining with each other's skills to do something no one else in nashville seems to be doing. it's a collective in its truest form. it's a family.

personally, my favorite track is 'listen... (in my life, i'm yours)' a song that speaks to the beauty of having someone in your corner to believe in you and the life you create.
Jah frida & Carmine Prophets have lots of those people, in varying degrees. it's a delight to be among them. it's clear that something special's happening.
